Strike One for Eric Cantor

SEE HERE Let's hear it for principled governance. What does Planned Parenthood have to do with governance and why do we fund that evil organization anyway. $350 million — sounds like a small start at fiscal responsibility. The general principle of a free market is that if it's worth doing the market will offer it. Planned Parenthood doesn't need a big shot of government money to fund their immoral enterprise. We've already seen the videos that show how much respect for the law they have ... read none. So what's this all about Cantor?

    Reminds me of a Constitutional amendment I've often thought about: revenue and spending bills must pass with a 3/5 super majority vote in both chambers.

    That would certainly shrink the range of options for fleecing the taxpayer to fund stuff the fed gov shouldn't be doing.
