SEE HERE Exactly why are the fed involved in the test scores required to be a Dayton, Ohio policeman? You have to wonder what other competency exams the feds can influence? How about pilot's exams or doctor's exams? Competency shouldn't be a bargaining chip on the table when we're trying to improve diversity. How about special training? This is outrageous.
