About Time Someone Did Something

SEE HERE  There is a very real question about why the Department of Homeland Security needs billions of rounds of ammunition, especially hollow point ammunition?  What is that all about and why should we purchase enough ammunition for a domestic agency to fight a long war?  I want to hear their explanation why they needed so much ammo.  It's always interesting to hear a fanciful story told by liberal liars.
