Be Careful What You Wish For!

SEE HERE  Thomas Sowell sounds a cautionary note about weakening the only party that has any hope of stopping the ongoing trainwreck in Washington.  I don't know how to weigh this because the current Republican leadership isn't doing the job so what makes anyone think they would if given another chance.  Sowell points out that the strategy has failed before but it's hard to see the parallels so I'm distinctly on the fence about this one.
