Are You Ready For Open Source Intelligence?

SEE HERE This is pretty cool ... I probably should put it in Spitzenpopper but since it has such political possibilities I'll put it here.  A friend sent me the link HERE which referenced the site and also a new internet tool called IFTTT which stands for "If This Then That" and it lets you set up triggers that detect certain things and trigger actions like sending an email.  Examples: Weather Alert? Send me an email about it.  House of Representative Passes A Bill? or Votes? Send Me The Details ... that kind of thing.  It is a techie kind of thing but it's got all sorts of potential.
