Dollars? Hmmm.... Maybe Not!

SEE HERE So is the U.S. dollar on the way out? Some people seem to think so. If that is the case then what's the likely scenario for the value of the dollar after the debacle that will ensue? Good question and probably a hard question. Dollars held by external sources are not being spent but if they free up you'd expect that more of them will circulate and put upward inflationary pressure on the system, but I'm not an economist. I'd expect the effect to be significant and noticeable, but I don't know how much. I'll let you know if I find an analysis and an estimate.
