Just in case you don't get the joke, a Keynesian is a person who accepts the economic policies of John Maynard Keynes and has nothing to do with where Obama was born. Of course, that's why it's funny! These lulu-heads don't know that and it's sort of Economics 101 and economics is pretty fundamental to politics. Of course it isn't clear that Obama understands economics very well either.
