Now The EPA Is Changing State Boundaries Unilaterally?

SEE HERE  Wow, who knew that the EPA had such power ... overturning laws passed by Congress, setting state boundaries, closing businesses like coal mines and lead smelters.  Can we close the EPA?  It would be a lot cheaper and stop at least one agency that is a creeping tyranny.  Tyranny Rising!
