The Gift That Keeps On Giving: Eligibility?

SEE HERE  Eligibility?  Well it's still around and keeps coming back for more legal consideration.  Given that I've read literally hundreds of emails and web comments claiming that it's been settled you'd think that it would stop receiving legal attention, but here it is again.  I personally think there is a problem and that the Supreme Court needs to give a definitive and complete finding or these kinds of questions will plague a whole lot of presidential hopefuls.  We'll see!
