More Out Of Control Cops Killing Unarmed People

SEE HERE  I really don't get this.  I've been seeing more and more police incidents reported where the cops end up killing someone who is unarmed and not a threat.  That is just unbelievable.  L.A. seems to be really good at it.  Now here's a D.C. event.  Do they actually teach cops anything about not shooting innocent or even guilty unarmed people.  It doesn't give you much respect for law enforcement.
