We Just Can't Find Six Billion Dollars

SEE HERE  Six billion dollars is six thousand million dollars.  That is no small sum.  It obviously went somewhere and the question is just how much of it went to graft and corruption we just don't know about.  If this is how Hillary Clinton hands the people's money maybe we don't need her anywhere but in jail.  After all, "What difference at this point does it make?"
