The Ultimate Outrage: Since When Do Foreign Countries Have a Say In Our Constitution?

The Obama administration is hell bent on putting U.S. Constitutional law under international law. They have encouraged this offensive interpretation. American is a sovereign nation and our Constitution is none of these foreign governments' business. Obama should be impeached. He won't enforce our own laws and encourages foreign countries to interfere. That is just an outrage. What part of "illegal" is it that they don't understand.
