Must Be More Serious Than We Thought

SEE HERE Now am I the only one that thinks this is a little weird? The administration is minimizing the problem of surviving a nuclear attack. What is that all about? I'm inclined to think that they actually think a nuclear attack is more credible and view this as some sort of effort to keep people from getting too panicked. The likelihood that you can escape prompt radiation is low, but certainly getting out of the open or if you have warning getting underground will help to escape direct radiation and possibly minimize fallout. In the event of a nuclear detonation over a city it is hard to expect results much different than those in Nagasaki and Hiroshima SEE HERE so over 100,000 deaths will almost surely result in the first several months and that is likely an optimistic estimate.
