A Round Of Applause ... Serious Punishment?

SEE HERE Who can take Congress seriously? I mean seriously! This bunch of miscreants is beyond reclamation. I like Charlie Rangel, at least what I've seen of him on TV, but he's been seriously over the top apparently on his arm twisting for contributions etc. So the worst that happens is a verbal censure and a round of applause? How serious is that? I think we clearly have to toss more out on their ears before they get any sort of a message.
