Unreasonable Search and Seizure?

SEE HERE This kind of police stop frosts me. This appears to be a nearly motive-less stop where all the presumption is on the side of the police. Moreover the behavior of the police is unprofessional. If you watch the video prepare for a lot of bad language and use of the "F" word, and all on the part of the police. Being a policeman can be a dangerous job. My brother was a Baltimore County cop his whole working life and I never heard him use language like this. I went around with him in his car for a whole day one time. These guys need to go to charm school and start treating people, even people they think are guilty of something, with a little respect.
