So Is A Cover-Up In Progress?

SEE HERE DHS seems to be squirming around looking for cover on the question about 1.6 billion rounds of ammunition. Right now the cover story seems to be that it's all a misunderstanding. Gee ... I guess they can't add over there. Meanwhile the supply of ammunition in gun stores seems to have dried up. It would be nice to get straight answers from the bureaucrats for a change.
