L.A.P.D. Trying To Get Off With A Truck ... Pathetic!

These women could just as easily be dead as wounded and the L.A.P.D. is trying to buy them off with a truck?  I think something like a 20 million dollar lawsuit would get their attention and focus them on the seriousness of eight police officers firing 102 + rounds into their vehicle which doesn't even match the description of the vehicle the police were looking for.
