Not The Kind Of Police We Want

SEE HERE Exactly what justifies firing 137 rounds at unarmed people? Law enforcement in the United States needs to be disarmed if this is the kind of protocol they use for firing their sidearms. I'd like to hear the rationale or more likely rationalization for this one.
