Last week, the Federal Reserve made a little noticed, but astonishing announcement. In addition to projecting unemployment over 10% in the coming months, they also projected no net new jobs over the next five years.

One would think this would be a clarion call that whatever they are doing is not working. But instead it's been buried under the drumbeat for a wasteful and cynical powergrab to seize control of the healthcare of the country, some 17% of GDP.
