Will This End the Chatter?

This looks like it ought to end all the birth certificate chatter. The question does remain:"What was that all about?" But here's a new step in what has been a strange odyssey. Will it end here? Someone is going to certainly want to see the originals if this isn't the original. It still looks like an abstract given the citation on the bottom, but now we have the hospital cited, etc. Unless there is something fundamental this ought to end what should not have been an issue except for the strange behavior of the president in not being willing to release it.
