Launch Failure Due To (You Guessed It) Government Failure

SEE HERE   Pretty much nothing government does is efficient and it is also almost always only marginally competent.  The ObamaCare launch is a case in point.  The contractor may or may not have been wholly competent, but their ability to adequately test the product was actively interfered with.  No surprise then that the product failed.  Software, something I'm rather an expert on, requires careful testing and this product didn't get that, not by a long shot.
