Thuggish Government Using Fines As Extortion

SEE HERE  This is the way the Obama administration plays the game.  Extortion and punishing fines for no particular reason and protecting no-one just ramping up the amount of money they can spread around ... Someone should be watching this whole thing very carefully.  It reeks of corruption.
