If you wonder why people don't trust the government here is a case in point to go with the cooking of science to create global warming alarmist, the cooking of economic data to conceal obvious inflation and deteriorating job data or hiding overspending with off the books transactions. There need to be some teeth put into the process so that people who cook government data are punished and held up for public examination.
