SEE HERE This is a new twist. The courts have been bending over and letting the Congress get away with murder for decades. Maybe it's time to rein in all the out of control abuses of power created by extending the interstate commerce clause beyond any reasonable construction. It's time to start interpreting the Constitution based on what it actually says and not on what the Congress wishes it said. It would be a good thing to do while we still have a republic.
