Barbarians In Our Midst ... Almost Killing A Random Guy Because They Were Bored?

SEE HERE I don't care if they are only teen-agers ... this kind of thing is monstrous and ought to be punished severely. I think a couple of years in some sort of juvenile slammer is the minimum this kind of thing deserves. Worst of all is that after the event instead of any remorse they thought they were cool and put up what amount to brags on Facebook. What are they taught in school?
