SEE HERE This case appears so egregious as to be unbelievable. If this guy can be picked up and held in a mental institution for the kind of thing that he appears to have put on Facebook then the first amendment has become a sham. We are on the leading edge of the transition to a tyranny if this stands. I've put up some other concerns from significant and principled voices in our society and they are all sounding alarms.
