Ryan on the Budget verus Geithner

This looks like a rhetorical tie to me. Ryan pointing out the budget is irresponsible and Geithner saying what amounts to "blame Bush" and we're doing the best we can. It's also not Bush's fault. You have to see the composition of the Congress which approves the spending and that was straight Democrat leading up to Obama. So "blame Bush" is a bit phony. It is not the best we can do, it's the best the liberals will offer because it isn't clear they really want to solve the problem. This is still hanging over our heads. If we put Obama back in it will never be solved because the strategy is not to solve it but to force a collapse to put in place societal change. If they wanted to do something there would be a budget but we've not had a budget for over three years because of the Democrat Senate.
