Thomas Sowell on the Ryan VP Pick

SEE HERE Thomas Sowell always has something insightful to say. I'm still reading his book "A Conflict of Visions" and it's amazing how clearly he indicts the illusions of what he called "the unconstrained vision" which imagines that reason alone in the hands of smart people can form the basis of utopian societies. That's the thesis of the liberal progressive left. Here he get down to fundamentals. He explores the vision of Paul Ryan and contrasts it with the Obama administration.
