SEE HERE Crime wave? You don't have no crime wave ... (tearing up the crime report and throwing it at a wastebasket). If the crimes go unreported then they didn't happen right? Politicians don't like crime waves. It makes them look bad. Just look the other way and keep on moving. If you don't see it it didn't happen.
