SEE HERE The Federal government was instituted to provide national defense and a few other things and in the intervening years since the foundation has been growing and usurping powers never properly given to it.  Now it's trying to seize New Mexico's water supply.  Who knows what is next?  They'll be taxing your right to breath soon with a meter on your lungs.  It's time to throttle this back, way back.
