More Out Of Control Police These Violating Third Amendment

SEE HERE  The polices seem to be more and more doing outrageous things that hardly can be described as proper police functions.  Ousting people from their homes and moving in so to speak is a pretty clear violation of the third amendment of the Constitution.  We need to start reining in police because violations unchecked soon become standard procedure.
