Blacks Do Better Academically In The UK

SEE HERE  Thomas Sowell, ever rational, weighs in with data.  It seems obvious in light of the data that environment plays a very large role in academic success.  That said, the implication is that we're not providing black children with the environment that they need, not at home, not at school.  We need to reform not only the schools but the crippling environment that has been imposed on those in poverty and dependence.
