Reality At Its Core ... Beyond The State

SEE HERE  I don't read John Ransom regularly but this particular article's headline jumped out at me since I don't much care for Paul Krugman who seems to be simply a useful idiot.  Ransom points out a few parallels between what happened in Russia and what is happening in the United States.  Money talks and big money quickly changes the landscape.  We are seeing the rise of the oligarchs and they are a left-wing crew for the most part although politics is not their style.  They maneuver in the background and create a "reality" which is all smoke and mirrors.  Ransom ends the piece with a little morality play from the Stalin show trials.  Read to the end and think about it.  It is a sobering thought that concludes the piece.
