SEE HERE It's not a pretty sight and you better get used to it. It is not at all clear that there is a survivable scenario on our present course. The ideas being tried are well worn failures. You cannot spend your way to prosperity and a failure to tighten the belt is almost surely a ride to runaway inflation. Definitely color me skeptical. I would be playing all my finances very close to the chest and best be in something of intrinsic value. Sound stocks of staples perhaps or gold frankly or currencies of well managed countries. But I'm not a financial advisor, just someone reading their advice and trying to trace a common thread in which I have some confidence.
