Killing the High Frontier: How to Retreat From the Challenge

SEE HERE I'm not a big fan of NASA. Any agency that rolls a space worthy Saturn V over on its side to make a lawn ornament has long since lost my allegiance. That being said it is a sad sad affair when the POTUS guarantees that we will be last in space for a long time when it comes to manned space flight. The Democrats have their heads up their proverbial behinds where the sun don't shine and no stars are visible— and it shows! As a supporter of manned space flight and someone who wishes to see a larger role for man in space, this is a very very sad situation. Our leaders should be ashamed of themselves and NASA perhaps more than most. Their lackluster leadership has been much of the reason for the stagnation.
