The notion of government spending money wisely is about as coherent as spending your way out of an economic crisis, also known as how to dig the hole wider and deeper until we make an abrupt financial correction into a replay of the great depression. Don't worry the Demon-crats are on the case!
Then Pelosi, not exactly a fount of wisdom added in part "The Democratic Congress and the Obama administration share a strong commitment to fiscal discipline and common sense in our budget, and we must continue to do everything in our power to boost our economic recovery, rein in the deficits we inherited, and remain responsible stewards of the public purse. ..."
