SEE HERE Check this particular piece of nonsense out. Here is an invitation to the bad guys to use civilians as cover while they get ready to kill you. You would think that the Army would know enough about counter-insurgency by this time to read this as a big target pinned on their chests. Let people know that this is a really really bad idea. I'm sure it was offered up by folks who have never been in harms way and spent most of their life behind a desk pontificating.
