SEE HERE Since when does an international treaty that the U.S. is not signed on for a precedent under U.S. law? "Earth to the Supreme Court" ... "You're supposed to be enforcing the Constitution ... take a deep breath and remember your charter." Let's not get too palsy walsy with the other two branches of government either ... it's called checks and balances remember, not buddy up and turn into tyrants.

The Supreme Court Is Out of Line: Again!
