SEE HERE Lack of a severability clause could allow any challenge that succeeds to take down the healthcare bill. It's important then that a challenge succeed and in the meantime it is important that we get an injunction against the enforcement of the bill. The time it will take the bill to get through the courts will be plenty of time for the Feds to gut the health care system. The whole thing is just an outrage.
