Read old ones since the new ones have been tainted by the corrupt practice of rewriting history to suit yourself which is now the modern academic way. Instead read old history books and things like Plutarch's Lives. One thing you'll find is that Obama is not a new phenomenon. There have been would be saviors in every time and place, those narcissists who imagine that they have been frocked to save the world from everyone but themselves. It always turns out badly. The Founders knew this. What is a shame and a testimony against our current educational system is that the moderns don't remember.
