What Kind of Government Refuses to Enforce Its Borders?

SEE HERE Good question. Probably one that is corrupt in some way where the interests of those in power depend in some way on the continued abuse that they refuse to correct. We don't know why both George Bush and Barack Obama refuse, as did Bill Clinton, to do anything substantive about the huge influx of illegal aliens into the country. Whatever the reasons, they are likely inappropriate. A country that refuses to enforce its sovereignty is no country at all.
